ARE YOUR FACILITIES MOBLITY-FRIENDLY?Our salon is open concept and has 34 inch doorways to our treatment rooms and bathroom with a grab bar.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?If you cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not show to your appointment you will need to pay the full price of scheduled services. For Special Occasion/Wedding Hair we do require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot and will need a credit card to place on file. Any cancellations under 48 hours will be charged for the full service.

DO YOU OFFER GIFTCARDS?Gift cards are available for purchase in any denomination and can be redeemed for services or products.

WHAT IF MY BUDGET HAS CHANGED? CAN YOU HELP ME OUT?No worries! At Bridgett's, we offer services for all budgets. Discuss your budget with your stylist before your appointment. We can also arrange a free consultation to review services and prices so you can relax and enjoy without stress.

DO WE ACCEPT GRATUITY?Yes! We can accept cash, check or you can also tip on your credit card. It’s much-appreciated.

DO YOU ACCEPT WALK-INS?Since the salon is by appointment only, the chances of being able to accommodate walk-in’s are rare; however, in extremely rare circumstances, when the schedule is open, it is a possibility.

WHAT SERVICES DOES BRIDGETT'S CURRENTLY OFFER AND ARE THERE ANY PLANS FOR FUTURE EXPANSIONS?At Bridgett's, we're all about hair! We offer a variety of services like custom haircuts, styling, luxury color services, and treatments to suit everyone's needs. Our salon has a great reputation for mixing beauty, relaxation, and style to give you an amazing experience. Right now, we're focusing on top-notch hair services, but we've got some exciting plans to add even more in the future. IF I'M RUNNING LATE WHAT SHOULD I DO?When running late please give a courtesy call, at that time we will let you know if we will still be able to accommodate you. In some circumstances you will need to be rescheduled or your service may have to be modified.
