Since the salon is by appointment only, the chances of being able to accommodate walk-in’s are rare; however, in extremely rare circumstances, when the schedule is open, it is a possibility.

If you cancel within 24 hours you will be required to pay 50% of the scheduled service. If you do not show to your appointment you will need to pay the full price of scheduled services.

For Special Occasion/Wedding Hair we do require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to hold your spot and will need a credit card to place on file. Any cancellations under 48 hours will be charged for the full service.

When running late please give a courtesy call, at that time we will let you know if we will still be able to accommodate you. In some circumstances you will need to be rescheduled or your service may have to be modified.
